Over the past year we had the privilege of working with Kyle at Froese Construction. We entered into our full home remodel admittedly very naive, but thankfully Kyle was able to answer our questions and direct us appropriately each step of the way. He worked flawlessly with architects, engineers, and designers to bring our dream home together.

Kyle’s professionalism on the job site was appreciated by us, as owners, but also by our neighbors and community. He took every issue brought to his attention, whether small or large, with careful consideration and was able to communicate options and solutions clearly. Kyle’s approach to estimating and invoicing was detailed and transparent, this no nonsense approach helped us all avoid surprises, manage scope and stay on track.

At the midway point of our project, we decided on some structural changes that changed scope and the schedule. We initially hesitated, as we knew there would be some rework, schedule change and new logistics to work through, frankly we felt guilty for making major adjustments this late into a project. From beginning to end we felt Kyle was committed to delivering on our vision. Not only did he deliver and manage through the changes, he was encouraging and honest throughout.

We were beyond impressed by the quality of the subcontractors used by Froese Construction. They had high quality craftsmanship, and were professional and friendly throughout the project. In addition, they never seemed bothered by the overbearing homeowner that stopped by daily to snap progress pictures. 

The communication throughout our project with Froese construction was immaculate. Regardless of the day or time of day, we would receive a prompt response. If there was any confusion on our end, they were more than happy to explain things in a manner that everyone understood. As the homeowners, we appreciated this extra attention. It made us feel invested and educated in the process of the remodel.
